All estimates are FREE. We identify all Exterior Elevated Elements (EEEs) that fall under state law and provide a detailed estimate for a visual inspection that complies with SB 326 & SB 721.

Inspections
All our inspections are fully documented and certified in compliance with SB 326 & SB 721. They are reviewed and stamped by licensed architects or structural engineers using industry-standard software.
Destructive Testing
If signs of wood rot or damage are found, we recommend destructive testing during the repair phase to fully assess the extent. Per California law, initial inspections must be visual and minimally invasive.
