All estimates are FREE. We identify all Exterior Elevated Elements (EEEs) that fall under state law and provide a detailed estimate for a visual inspection that complies with SB 326 & SB 721.

Destructive Testing

If signs of wood rot or damage are found, we recommend destructive testing during the repair phase to fully assess the extent. Per California law, initial inspections must be visual and minimally invasive.
